This is from 2008 (probably late Spring into the Summer). Lady Gaga was performing at a bar, but the bar had no stage so she and her dancers had to improvise by performing on the stairs. She really did have to work from the ground up which is why I stan her.

She really performed anywhere to get her name out there. So minimalistic, but a testament to her drive and vision in that era.
