The saddest movie you have ever seen?

The last half hour of The Irishman (if you can last that long) stands out for me. Also, a really old one, This Sporting Life, from the early 60's, has an exceptionally dark ending.

The last film that made me cry, and I know this might seem strange, is 28 Years Later. But if you've seen the film you'd understand.
