The US doesnt have a wealth tax so theres no real reason to. Most Countries dont, you just have to report annual gains but not ur commulative wealth

I hope that she isn't. There's no such thing as an ethical billionaire, and I'm sure her sponsorships and residuals have given her a lot more financial comfort, so it wouldn't be surprising if she was. However, if she really wants to put her money where her ethos is as an artist, she should use her wealth to fund music and art scholarships and create either her own label and sign up and coming artists. I also wouldn't mind if she used her wealth to fund her art tbh.

I kinda hope not. I don't see becoming a billionaire as an admirable trait at all. Not something we should be cheering for or hoping for. A billion dollars is one thousand million. Hoarding that kind of wealth actually makes me lose some respect for a person. Gaga speaks all the time about being a people's-person and marrying a philanthropist so I'd like her to put her money where her mouth is a give back before she had that much wealth
