She keeps using different colors. I would believe it more if it were the orange combined with the mint green (the full color palette of TLOAS).  I am inclined to think it is just a coincidence.

HOWEVER, my Swiftie friend was talking to me about theories that Taylor is releasing more music (possibly the Reputation vault) tonight as a surprise after the album drops, and believes Gaga is featured on one of the tracks.  Taylor literally used Applause at the Eras tour to hint at her new album, so I would not be surprised.
