HBDUWM also has the Taylor formula but the execution for said formula there is top notch. I thought it was because it was 5am and I’m catching a flight early AF and tired, but I’m glad we all agree. I used to LOVE Taylor. Well… from 1989-Evermore. Ever since it’s all one note. And with this release; she dropped her poetic lyrics it feels. Girl needs to know how to edit and rework. Just because you’ve “completed” 12 songs doesn’t mean the album is done. Listen back. Keep creating until something good comes out. Demos from Lover sound better than these tracks. This production is INCREDIBLY boring. These drum machines are so off the rack H&M, Zara, mass produced bs. I can’t believe she wasted Max like this. She doesn’t have the vocals to support the tracks without interesting production. I secretly feel like she paid Max a LOT of money to make sh** music to clear Jacks name. Anywho, the only good songs are Opalite and Wood.
