TaylorSwift 164,501 Posted October 3, 2025 Share Posted October 3, 2025 Sean “Diddy” Combs has been sentenced to four years, or 50 months, in prison after he was convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. He has already served 12 months in jail, which counts toward his sentence. Combs is expected to file an appeal immediately. While delivering his sentencing decision at the end of the Oct. 3 hearing, Judge Arun Subramanian emphasized that the court must consider Combs’ personal history and characteristics when determining how long he must remain behind bars.
