I don't think i would reduce female rap down to the “best” being the most “gangsta” nicki sounds girly and feminine bc she IS a feminine woman and carved out a space for herself in the insanely male dominated genre. And regardless or not of the questionable things that she had done in her personal life, Her impact will remain unaffected. She opened doors and inspired a whole generation of rap girls, and her influence continues to show and show and show throughout nearly every female in the genre.
