Insiders on Thursday told TMZ that Interscope’s parent company UMG, along with Sony Music Publishing and Wasserman, have stopped all promotions amid the ongoing probe. On September 8, a body was found in a vehicle registered to the artist, with police called out after a foul odour was reported to be coming from the car. Officers said that the Tesla had been there for a couple of days, and the body was inside a bag in the front boot. The musician was on tour when the body was discovered, and initially continued as normal – thanking fans for their support and throwing Labubus into the crowd at a recent gig. His string of US shows was set to wrap up with a gig at San Francisco’s The Warfield last night (September 19), and one in The Greek Theatre in Los Angeles tonight (September 20), however, both dates have now been cancelled as further details have emerged in the case.
