So will they pop up on the citi entertainment website? Or will there be a code we have to enter in Ticketmaster? I see that this sale opens today at 12pm CST. Will they be available then? IS THERE NO WAITING ROOM?

They show up on Ticketmaster, you just need to use your Citicard to buy them.
