Everything I’ve read about him from people who grew up with him/worked with him all have nothing bad to say about him and everything all points to him being a supportive and polite person who probably wants the best for her and her career and doesn’t get insecure like her other men. Yeah, it’s leaning a bit heavier than I’d like into a parasocial angle, but I also think that your read feels a bit needlessly cynical. She’s just expressing gratitude to her fiancé as her romantic and creative partner and talking about the positive impact it’s had on her career, imo.
