UBS Arena is kinda far from Madison Square Garden... I doubt she'll be there in person and risk being stuck in traffic to go back to Manhattan. I think she'll livestream her appearances from Madison Square Garden. Wouldn't be the first time MTV livestreams portions of the show from different places. The timming can to work, the show will now be 2 hours after the VMA's, that gives her time, although, she will be still have very limited in time if she does attend.
