I love both for separate reasons.

I understand the criticism SL's video receives, but I love it. It has a campiness to it that I find very charming. I see it almost as a very colorful comic book come to life, like a superhero cartoon!

Stupid love does not look cheap because it was filmed on a iPhone. If they wouldnt have told us that we would not know. What makes it bad is the awful oversaturation, the ugly background, and the terrible outfits. They look cheap, the shoulder pads are collapsing, the pink latex is terrible, the aluminum foil on her face is badly applied, the wig is ugly af, and dont get me started on the random spikes on the first outfit or the bows on the second. All nothing to do with the iPhone, just with the production overal. And the postproduction and editing is really bad.

Both are cute! I picked TDD because of the setting and Burton's touches. There are plenty complaints around, but TDD video is top-notch early Burton vibes showing off his love of campy, B-horror.
