Teletubby 150,064
“Stadiums were always our aim. So many artists never get there for a myriad of reasons, but watching Dua finish up at Wembley was a tear-jerk moment because she has worked her as.s off, and I think we’ve got the best pop show in the world right now. The next tour will be stadiums globally. That’s what this tour has proven.” — Demand for the “Radical Optimism” tour was also big enough for it to have been a stadium tour" "You b*tch!" ~ Rat Boy 1
faysalaaa 4,688
I dont think she will be able to do that for the next album though. I know this tour is doing amazing, but thats not because of Radical Optimism, its because the high success of her past album is still in effect, but it wont last. The Fame Monster 4,325
I believe in her if she manages to recreate the success of her debut and Future Nostalgia with her next project. Find your freedom in the music

I think she's somehow hit that same sweet spot as P!nk. P!nk's managed 2 stadium tours during eras where her sales have been way down from her peak of the Funhouse & Truth About Love eras. If anything, I think its easier to tour larger venues now for mainstream acts because going to tours is now such a big thing even for casual crowds. 1

I love Dua and I went to the radical optimism tour which was great but her team is delusional af if they think they have the best pop show/concert right now when Gaga is literally right there outdoing her prime self. Mayhem Ball is the tour of the year and I'm not even being biased. The quality speaks for itself. Bradley 59,173
"best pop show in the world" Is Mayhem Ball a joke to them? Dua is an incredible person and I wish her all the success but come on Edited 9 hours ago by Bradley

andy232000 11,671
I think she can do stadiums in Europe for sure and maybe arenas in the US. I wouldn’t jump head first into an all stadium tour just yet unless it’s a mini tour with no more than 10 dates
Idefix1999 80
She's doing a full stadium tour in Latin America with 3 (!) dates in Mexico City alone, all sold out already. In Europe she could definitely have done a full stadium tour. Even in NA this would be possible: - two nights at United Center in Chicago? Make it one night at Wrigley Fiele - four nights at MSG? Make it one show at MetLife or two at CitiField - four nights in LA? Make it one show at SoFi Stadium etc. etc. They sold at least two arena show for every city from the beginning and besides some single seats or resale tickets the shows sold out almost instantly. As much as I wish for her success, but I really liked her arena shows, she transforms them into huge clubs and also the full light show comes to live. But the two nights at Wembley speak for themselve that she is fully able to handle stadiums. 2
PartySick 160,660
You gotta figure, attendance wise, two or three arena dates = one stadium date. If she's selling out arenas she can sell out a stadium You're stinky
Lucas 27,137
"good luck booking that stage u speakin of" I mean... it just doesn't feel like Dua is a stadium filling kind of artist but I could be wrong Edited 5 hours ago by Lucas
popkulture 312
I wish I had this level of delusional confidence and optimism. I actually think she can do stadiums one day, but not until she releases another album with cohesion and hits unlike Radical Flop.
