Good for them

They have enough money and people around them together to afford care if needed, unpopular opinion but I think there is no issue with young people getting what they want out of life sooner if they have the means to do so. I’m the same age as her, and couldn’t imagine doing something big like this now, but my feeling isn’t universal

I would normally agree, but they have the kind of economic stability most people will never have and at least she's had accomplishments on her career that will allow her to slow down if she wants to while still being able to come back easily, I have no idea at what point in his career he is though

i guess so, but money or no money, you still need a good level of maturity to raise a child but i obviously don't know either of them... i just know that when i was 21, i was still very much into enjoying my freedom

Well that's a common thing in third world countries, or at least it was

It's more common in conservative countries and the US than in DEVELOPING countries (3rd world is so derogatory)

Well i said it because i come from a third world country where in the most poor communities is very common to see women from 21 or even less age pregnant, so I was talking from what i used to see in my country

Dude, you're from Chile, the growth rate of the population has been declining in the past few years (below the replacement level and with an aging population), which also happens to be true for a lot of South America (and I would know, I'm Argentine). Also, I insist, the term "third world" is super derogatory and based on imperialism, be better.

Marriage and adoption at such a young age... oh dear... You can bet on how long it will last...

Money will soften the blow. The only couples I know who have lasted are those who remained single and never had children... And they're also the ones who had the only good reason to stay together: love.

Of course, there are always exceptions. We can dream...

Late to the party but I got a diamond heart

There’s so many kids in foster care that need a permanent home. They could easily have chosen to have had a designer baby or if fertility was an issue kept trying for longer so I find this very admirable. Even though I don’t plan on having kids, as a gay man I have always thought if it came down to it I’d probably (admittedly selfishly) want a surrogate with my own personal offspring, knowing very well that there’s already so many kids in the world that could use a home instead, so kudos to them :applause:
