I decided to watch Killing Eve about 2 months ago and im watching it slow because im busy plus i want it to last longer. Spoilers ahead. Put spoilers in the title so im not going to hide it. WTFFFFF IS THIS ACTUAL SHOW. I CANT DEAL WITH THE WAY EVE AND VILLANELLE LOVE EACH OTHER.... I have just seen the season 3 finale and i cant deal with it. It is like one of the most beautiful things i have ever seen. I swear if they end up dying or not being together i'll kill someone. Phoebe Waller Bridge is the creator and one of the writers no wonder its so good. Villanelle's character development is so moving. She was portrayed as a cold hearted apathetic psychopath at the start and then in season 3 we see her mother and it all makes sense. She actually deeply cares about the people she loves. Her mother (was hinted in the show) emotionally and physically abused her and projected her own personality on her. She sees how her older brother couldnt leave because 'he had to take care of mom' and the younger brother was hurting himself because of the mother's manipulation so she killed her. She destroyed her 'family' and her 'home' just so she could set them free. The way she just turns soft when it comes to Eve is so beautiful.
