I confess I still haven’t seen Big Fish (so maybe I’m talking out of my ass), but I couldn’t get into Nightmare Before Christmas. I know it’s some people’s Halloween staple- & I like "This Is Halloween" but I never clicked with that film.

It’s also the reason Disney released Hocus Pocus in the month of July in 1993, rather than in the fall, to avoid competition (HP probably still would have flopped regardless lol, but still)
