Nothing confirmed yet, but I remember the Italian magazine blurb saying it's a new Gaga song, which will also appear on an album (could be Gaga's or OST). And the track used during filming was just beats, so that must mean it's a new recording if they wanted to keep it secret. Could still be a cover song though.
