jacs vs looser 4,655 Posted October 14 Share Posted October 14 (edited) DWAS officially survives week 1 of Taylormania as it remains at position 22 on the Hot100. https://www.billboard.com/charts/hot-100/ It is also the very first week on which DWAS is on the chart and A Bar Song is not, as it has fallen to recurrent status, where it will hopefully remain. Next week Taylor songs are still predicted to remain inside on the top 20 (a huge accomplishment if they do), so if you can stream DWAS a couple of times this week so it doesn't fall below 25 and go recurrent as well. This means that, sans Taylor Swifts album, The Dead Dance actually ROSE UP in terms of chart position, meaning that despite what the charts show the song is actually doing better than it was last week!
