Teletubby 148,705
“Due to the abundance of recent interest and conversation surrounding Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry’s relationship, representatives have confirmed that Orlando and Katy have been shifting their relationship over the past many months to focus on coparenting,” reps for the former couple said in a joint statement on Thursday. “They will continue to be seen together as a family, as their shared priority is — and always will be — raising their daughter with love, stability and mutual respect.” pagesix "You b*tch!" ~ Rat Boy 1 1

StrawberryBlond 14,819
So, that's it official then. Orlando already schmoozing at the wedding while Katy was on the other side of the world. To think Katy was the one who went to space with Lauren but then couldn't be at the wedding while Orlando could. Honestly, I never thought these two would last from the outset, though I couldn't say why. I was surprised they lasted as long as they did. Their super long engagement even after the birth of their daughter was a big red flag, as it always is when rich people don't get married almost immediately. When Katy was going through setback after setback in her career, I did wonder how long Orlando would hold on as it's a sad fact that many celebrity relationships end when one of them starts to have career failure or becomes a laughing stock. But they stuck it out against the odds but clearly, the 143 era was the final straw. As I was saying earlier, we laughed at Katy's outrageous remarks about washing dishes and her cringey statements about love after going to space, but there was maybe method to the cringe looking back on it knowing what we know now. It was her way of trying to put a band aid on problems in her personal life. If there's one silver lining, it's that we might actually get a good album out of this at long last.

I feel really bad when man does things like that with women, no matter what personality each one carries. Feels like they’re always undecided and just watching it from the top of the wall. 1
StrawberryBlond 14,819
Just found out that he got married to his ex wife, Miranda Kerr, literally a month after they got engaged. Yet he remained engaged to Katy for over 6 years, even though they now have an almost 5-year-old daughter. Daisy is of prime flower girl age, so I really didn't know what they were waiting for when they have more than enough money to get married right now but there was no sign of any planning in sight. Wonder how that makes Katy feel knowing he was so sure about his ex but not about her. Regardless of my feelings towards her, this is sad. She can't even catch a break in her personal life. 18 hours ago, Gagaism said: My brother had this girl stuck on dating for 16 years, then not long after they had a baby and went to live together, things went south… we got to discover that he was having an affair for a long time and the rest is history. Story of many women's lives unfortunately. Men and their wandering eyes. Men and their inability to prioritise their child. In the south, people get married too young and split up young, making so many single mothers. On the other side of the coin, so many men are making women wait an eternity before so much as proposing now. If they'd just got married earlier into the relationship when they were genuinely in love, they could've had many years out of it instead of waiting to marry over a decade in only to split up a year later, especially just after a baby. I'm always appalled when fathers leave the mother of their child when said child is literally a few months old. They don't even have the decency to give that woman all the help she needs with a newborn and wait until formally breaking up when the child starts school at least. But so many men can't wait to get back into the saddle and who cares if the woman's left literally holding the baby? You can see why more women are going back to tradition of "no ring, no baby." It's a huge risk to have a child with a man who already has a child with another woman. So make him lock it down before that massive life commitment. If a man can't make the totally normal commitment of marrying you, why should you imagine he'd honour the even bigger commitment of sticking around for you and your child? Marriage needs to stop being seen as the ultimate scary commitment. Children are the ultimate scary commitment because even if you split up, you're bound for life.
