this is not true, plenty of rock and metal bands do 2h concerts in festivals if they are headlining, 60 minutes sets are reserverd for bands that are not stablished or up and coming bands that don't have enough catalog yet.
And for single concerts in stadiums it's just laughable...

Agreed. I've seen Mars Volta, Placebo, Metric, Depeche Mode, Chelsea Wolfe, just to name a few, and they all have gone 2hrs or close to 2hrs

I mean 14 songs Is really very Little. She has a hundred albums.. picking the repertoire has to be carefully thought through. 

When you are a small band or any kind of local act you are expected to have around 50 rehearsed songs and play circa 30. 

Shes been in the business for how many years? Still so amateurish about It all. Even with a small voice. Being still on stage etc, with the right set and small things you can do a great performance. First She was nervous, etc. Just face It, you are unprofessional.

There was this iconic gif when she sang on stage and then the camera switched to an ambulance taking hastily a fainted person out of the concert.

I can't stop thinking about it whenever I read about her concerts .

maybe a hot take but i'd rather a 14 song set than a 40 song set like taylor and beyonce are doing. 

 

i was literally checked out by song 25 when i saw taylor it was just way too much lol

 

lana is a chill artist also ppl need to lower their expectations for her energy and stage presence she has always been a better recording artist/writer than a performer it just is what it is!!

If shes not a performer she shouldnt book stadiums and charge the same as actual stadium performers.

Isn't the whole thing about Lana that she doesn't give anything, ever? Her fans are being edged constantly, and that's why they like her, right? Like, they're begging her for more and she never gives it to them, and they love it.

as someone that saw her in concert in 2017, not at all. she used to actually give a ****, stage anxiety be damned. it's clear she just has no passion for performing and it shows in every performance from the last 5 years. i'd even argue she has no passion in her music either given how lackluster the singles she released (for an album that was delayed with no future date or info given) were.
