I love that you labeled him as the “Tate McRae’s producer” like he isn’t the main vocalist from One Republic and the songwriter behind Halo and Bleeding Love

He’s so embarrassing for posting this tho

“I have around 20”

Ummm, so take some time to honor your family members and give the exact number. Better yet, name them.

He could have just posted a few pics of his family members who served and called it a day.

Instead, he took a picture of his floor and criticized those who are exercising their right to protest. Ryan is also unable to acknowledge the service members who themselves protested.

Ryan, it must be nice to be a wealthy male up on your ivory tower. His post on this issue truly shows how out of touch he is.

I’ve never liked him since he gave Beyoncé and Kelly Clarkson the same track to write over for “Halo” and “Already Gone”.

Even though there’s a video of his douchebag friend trying to justify it and act like it didn’t happen, it did.

4th Time Around

Society needs to stop idolizing someone just because they wear a uniform. Our veterans did not die so that the country could be run by an orange dictator.

Hey, I'm king of the world, you ought to hear my song, you come on measure me, I'm twenty inches long

He really said “**** all those families getting torn apart and people getting kidnapped for their speech- let’s worship the military instead.”

We have Veterans Day for a reason. We don’t need to celebrate the institution itself. This is the kind brain rot that fascism thrives on. This constant need to venerate the nation state as opposed to celebrating your human rights and freedoms.

Historically, the institution of the military doesn’t create change, anyway. The PEOPLE who rise up against tyrannical governments and militaries create the systemic change.

the US is obsessed with military

stop acting like they arent a bunch of violence obsessed losers who go overseas to kill ppl who dont agree with the US govt.

the US's military legacy is vile and is not something that should be celebrated. its full of corruption and usually done just to fuel the military industrial complex.

this has-been needs to STFU, stick to writing music nobody cares about babe

This is willful ignorance and he just exposed how racist and out of touch he is. Like out of all the things happening politically he takes his time to speak out against people protesting a dictator-esque type of parade. He definitely does not care about People of color and isnt trying to see our point of view. He'd rather criticize and pretend he isnt trying to invalidate the cause. But he just did. Acting as if there aren’t any other ways to honor the military. We celebrate these people every years and everyday. They get discounts and the respect of every american. Unless you’re and ungrateful c@nt there is no issue in America with people mistreating veterans. There may he a few but not the majority.
