I came across this new girl group this morning and ive been obsessed with this song all day

i feel like they have what it takes to be the next big girl group. The voices are great, energy and charisma is on another level with every single member and the choreo is soooo good. I also love the melody framing and vocal style very Rnb but pop.

Its like if destiny's child had no personality and just did hairography and ass shaking. Not a bad song per say but the girl groups that have done well usually click based on their personalities (little mix, spice girls, destinys child) and so far I'm not seeing much in the music or videos, there's potential though

The only group you mentioned that thrived off their personality over talent is spice girls 

Destiny’s Child stood out because of their vocals, tight harmonies, and polished stage presence. Little mix also had great live vocals, diverse musical expression within the group, and consistently strong performances. So i dont undertand what you mean by "personality". it sounds like something a boring talent show judge would say. 

These girls has chrisma energy and individuality, the group identity is still coming together 

Also, The choreography has way more going on than hair flips and hips moves, yes its flirty choreography but its their performance style and i think they executed it flawlessly.

when I think of girl/boy groups I think of mass appeal to kids (LM, 1D, Spice girls, BTS, S Club) and idk if these are gonna appeal that way is kind of what I mean. But then I guess they remind me more of TLC who had an older audience so idk, I'm just rambling now ignore me
