Yikes. Aparently in the 3 years she did a residency she actually lost the luxury hotel money and they are not interestedbin having her back... ever

I honestly don’t think this article is necessarily accurate. The New York Post is  basically a tabloid looking for easy clicks. This whole article is based on a single unverified and unnamed “source” so they could fully be making it up just to cash in on the Katy hate train.

To be fair tho if this article is accurate, she didnt necessairily totally bomb in ticket sales (not Gaga, Celene or Britney level tho)...

 

Its just that they over estimated her demand and payed her too much. Im sure theres residencies that make less sales but are still considered successful and profitable because they didnt overpay

 

900K is a lot to commit to each show if they dont end up having killer demand

I don't think this article holds any weight at all. Her residency started 5 years ago and ended 2 years ago.

If Resort World did in fact lose money, reports will surface much sooner, and the residency will definitely not last 3 years...

They paid her 900k for every show Thats a lot of money.

With regards to Katy, another bad news about her doesnt surprise me it just keeps happening. Its like someone stole her luck or something. Like that Lindsay Lohan movie where everytime she kissed that guy her luck changes from good luck to bad luck.
