She's streaming "How Bad Do U Want Me", and twerking aggressively. The camera then focuses on her mom, and you can briefly hear Taylor scream "OMG, my hip" before the video cuts

Possibly but given she's clearly lining up a new album release I think it may just be another breadcrumb to start building up media attention on her brand.
