How much does it cost to pay for a billboard in Times Square? I've never seen anything like this from fans toward an artist. I don't believe this; she put it up herself.

I mean the UK equivalent of Picadilly Gardens costs £1000plus a week for like its smallest digital screen up to £250,000 a week on its largest.

So either Katy's fans got sugar daddies or this is PR.
