After missing The Formation Tour I promised myself I wasn't gonna let that happen again. Ms. Ma'am hasn't let me down yet. The performances, the production itself, and even the audiences are always incredible. This is my Hannah Montana™️ lipgloss. 1

Cause even Mexico had a shitty catwalk, barely covered the first half of the “Golden Circle” let’s call it this way. Chromatica ball was awful stage wise, paid 180 euros for a ticket (normal seated price) near the stage and couldn’t barely see her. Beyonce had a less popular album and yet is on the edge of delivering an huge tour.

Less popular by what metrics...? Cowboy Carter sold almost twice as many units as Mayhem in the US when comparing first week sales... The lead single from Cowboy Carter went to #1 and the second single to #6, whereas both leads from Mayhem failed to crack the top 10. Die with A Smile did reach #1 and that's a huge win but the song wasn't even intended to be on the album until they realised it was a hit. Cowboy Carter's first-day streams were 76 million as opposed to 106 million for Mayhem for the entire first week. I love Gaga and Mayhem but there's a lot of revisionist history on this forum when it comes to how successful and popular CC was. Just because you don't like it doesn't mean other people didn't too. 4

CC was less successful and it will be less successful in the end. There was a lot of hype initially which resulted in high first week streams and sales. But, if you look at daily streams now almost 2 months after release, MAYHEM solo streams are higher than all of CC's tracks combined (27 tracks vs 13 tracks) for the same number of days post-release. In this industry, it's not about how you start but how you maintain success - CC barely pulls 1M daily streams only one year after release - this after winning AOTY and with a global tour just about to start 5

Cuz she even outsold Renaissance very curious where you're getting your data. CC is certified platinum by the RIAA, Renaissance is certified 2x platinum. These indicate sales of 1,000,000+ and 2,000,000+ copies for the albums in the US. Correct me if I'm wrong but Mayhem still hasn't passed the million units threshold in the US? If you're going to pick a fight you could check your facts first. Edited April 28 by salty like sodium

I mean I'm not surprised that the Gaga shows this year are box stages with basic runways. They're essentially promo slots in places she hasn’t toured in awhile and likely will never fully tour again. Everything points to Mexico & Singapore being promo spots added in to backup Coachella & Rio. And TCB was back when stadium shows by pop acts were way more basic.
