I feel like the differences will be this.

Gagachella - OG basis

Mexico/Rio/Singapore - OG Basis + additional hits that cover the eras she hasn’t toured in those regions. 

Mayhem Ball + Australia - OG Basis + a mix of deepcuts & hits added in to expand the show.

I don’t think it will be the same show. Otherwise, why would she act dead like that? If the show is the same, she doesn’t have to work hard to the point that she can’t post anything

The branding for the festival shows are a bit different to the MAYHEM BALL POSTERS, so I'm expecting the ball to be different concert tbh.

they installed a huge led screen in the back of Rio's stage and that makes me scared lol there wasnt a led screen in the back of coachella, right? only on the sides

I'm happy she's giving her best show yet. 

I'm beyond happy I got to see the show during the Coachella live stream, if the show is similar, because I can't afford to attend the ball. Now I won't have to wait several months or more than a year to experience the show properly. So, from my perspective, I feel like all fans finally get an equal opportunity to experience the show for the first time in a long time. 

That's my take.

Yes there were a huge screen in the back, used for the Opera to look more impressive/bigger

So is the same stage and intro from Coachella, we cooked?

I think Mexico, Rio, and Singapore will be an expanded Coachella set before a revamped show for the arena tour. The show would not work that well and would be underwhelming in an arena in my opinion

the logistics and scheduling were planned in "just a few weeks", because she didn't want to waste the stage and concept she prepared for Coachella.

She talked recently about being more resourceful, in context of making a huge monument of herself for TMB, turned out she couldn't even transport it between cities and continents and it was ditched.

This set might be the best she has ever put out and I'll be extremely happy if she keeps it as it is or does only minor changes, personally I couldn't afford to travel to Coachella and I bet there are many other people like me.

Of course that's how I see it and I might be wrong, maybe it will be only kept for only these exclusive MX/BR/SG shows.

The tour plan was created in a few weeks, like booking the venues etc. not the actual show
