Hee Sung "Jamie" Park filed custody documents in Los Angeles earlier this week, asking the court to award her primary physical custody of their 2-year-old daughter. As you know ... shortly after Malone and Park's split, PM was spotted hanging out with Christy Lee -- his new GF who he has been seeing since at least the beginning of the year. source "You b*tch!" ~ Rat Boy

A lot of times men are treated as second class citizens when it comes to parenthood despite deserving the same rights to their kids as mothers have and some women aren't shy about using that to weaponize their kids to hurt their exes and dip into their wallets. It's more common than it should be As a general rule, if the parent isn't abusive, keeping their kid away from them is a sh*tty thing to do. 🧡The blindfold's off my eyes, all I see for me is better days🧡

But When fathers do gain custody, they often end up either returning the child to the mother or relying on another woman, like a new partner or relative, to take on the caregiving role. So it’s not that men are treated as second-class citizens in custody cases. In fact, they often have equal, if not greater, opportunities to gain custody. The issue is that many struggle with the full responsibilities that come with being the primary caregiver.

I don't really believe this tbh. Just a quick Google search says that 80% to 90% of the time the mother gets custody and I highly doubt 80% to 90% of fathers are just cool with giving up their kids. I expect some skew in mothers' favor just 'cause it's demonstrably more effort to carry a kid to term than to ejaculate inside a woman 9 months prior but not 80/20. This is anecdotal but I've seen several custody battles involving people I know where unfit mothers were given full custody and fathers are left being nothing but piggy banks, broken up 'cause they're not allowed to see their family. Hell, when my own parents battled for custody and my mom forfeitted her parental rights the judge didn't allow my dad to take me, it was legally mandated that he'd be my guardian and provider but I had to actually live with his parents There's a reason any lawyer will tell you it's much tougher for a man to retain custody. There's a reason laws are being written to combat the problem and push joint custody rather than one parent taking a child away from the other. 🧡The blindfold's off my eyes, all I see for me is better days🧡

When a custody battle is in action, family Courts lean towards stability and consistency and often men fail at both. I’ve seen plenty of cases where men were able to get custody just by showing up to court and making the effort. But the truth is, many don’t even try. Instead, they hand over full custody to the mother and later go online complaining that the system is biased against them. im sorry that’s happen to you. It must of been terrible experience. Yep, I have a friend that works in family court and she's seen a lot of cases where fathers were mistreated. There was a case where mother falsely accused father of SA on their children. He won that battle, but he lost his job and reputation... Edited Saturday at 10:16 AM by AiDi
