(source) Billy Corgan has been in a relationship with the French Taiwanese fashion designer Chloe Mendel since 2012 and they have three children together. (source) Did Katy and Orlando see a random Asian woman with children and assume she was a nanny? You be the judge... Corgan also tells The Guardian that when he hears Roar at the grocery store, he thinks "that's a good song" because of course he does.
