Does Gaga still reference her early work? Such as:

I wanna just dance but he took me home instead uh oh there is a monster in my bed (monster)

marry the night we own the world we own the world (fashion!)

I can’t remember any reference in born this way to the fame monster or Joanne or Chromatica. She did reference back to plastic doll in perfect celebrity (I’ve made of plastic like a human doll).

little detectives please help me does she reference in every album?

Bloody Mary has the line “I’ll tell them my religion’s you,” which may be a reference to Teeth.

From Chromatica, she references Paparazzi and The Fame on Fun Tonight.

I would consider the "Where'd you get that hat?" and "Who's that girl? Malibu Gaga" on Plastic Doll a reference to Joanne

She confirmed that “sit in the front row watch the princess die” was a Princess Die reference. 
This might be a stretch but the other day I was thinking about —

Shadow of a Man “Hard to be the yellow in a purple sky”

vs

Paparazzi “Shadow is burnt / Yellow dance and we turn / My lashes are dry / Purple teardrops I cry”

I know it’s probably nothing   but she does love to subtly and not so subtly nod to herself and I don’t know what the symbolism behind those two specific colors could be in Shadow of a Man so it makes…some sense…for it to be a Paparazzi reference…maybe…

I considered choke on the fame to be a reference to the fame the album at large in its subtext bc mama can say she’s mad at herself on that song but real talk she’s mad af at everyone and that line could be interpreted that way. I kinda felt the song was at least a liiiiiittle inspired by some of the flak she’s gotten over the last few years from fans and she was piiiissed but will never come out and say it’s about fans also bc in some regard it is about her and it’s complex
