Alternative Concept for the Born This Way Ball Tour Stage?

I don't know if this is the right place to post so feel free to move or edit my post but I was doing some googling and I came around this website of a NYC based production designer who, in his portfolio, had some concept art for what seemed like a second leg of the Tour. There's not that much to see in the photos, as there aren't that many and most of these aren't very clear, however, it seemed very interesting to me since I don't think I had seen it before. 

It seems like he used to work with the producer that did This is It and then he did his own company and has mostly worked on Broadway shows/theater, but I wonder if this was just a proposal he did for his portfolio or if it's something that the Haus actually requested. One other thing to note is that the dates he has are 2013-2014, which as we know, is when the ARTPOP era and tour took place.

Wow the stained glass / choir concept looks really good! That would have been cool to see live, performing Electric Chapel or Bloody Mary.
