I think she put Part 1 on the title because she probably planned on making a sequel but never got around to it, especially with her quickly rising and TFM. (also Wasn't there gonna be more singles from The Fame but got scrapped cuz of TFM? or am i crazy )

hahaha, at this point I doubt she will revisit it, but Im surprised its barely brought up, while the performance art in the video is cheeky, camp and top tier
