It is rather contradictory of Tim to be the ceo of a DEI inclusive company- but then personally donate to trump .

Some of the raw materials that Apple products are made with and where they are made are the same ones that Trump wants to tariff. Trumps administration has given exemptions to Apple in the past. I believe Tim is walking the fine line of decisions that will benefit Apple as a company but also standing for what they believe in.

Corporations aren't people to be trusted or mistrusted. They exist to make money and they'll do whatever they need to in order to maximize profits.

It's up to consumers to show what does and doesn't maximize profits.

If putting pride displays in stores and trans people in ads hurts sales, they'll stop doing it.

If protecting DEI policies and workers' rights helps sales, they'll do more of it.

In a way, if people could actually organize, that stability and predictability could be our biggest tool to dismantle a lot of the bullsh*t Trump and MAGA as a whole have done in tandum with the billionaire class.
