Topaz Starlight will be able to enhance The Born This Way Ball (Chile)

Topaz Labs announced a new AI tool to restore bad quality video (cloud, not in local usage) called Starlight. You can test this tool (only for 10 seconds at the moment).

I tested if we can obtains a better watching experience with our video from the screen footage of The Born This Way Ball (Chile). It would really be worth it I think.
