In the beginning, the Mayhem Witch orders Gaga in white dress to "Dance or Die" so she starts dancing for her life. When the song ends, Gaga stops dancing and sees Mayhem's response, you can clearly see that Mayhem is disappointed and puts her head down, then it appears like something is about to fell on Gaga. Was she K!lled for her dance? Was Mayhem expecting more seizure like Richy hand movements?

I think Mayhem wanted her to die. But Gaga won the battle and survived. this will be revealed in the vanish into you mv.
