She's called Mayhem I think!

I have a weird obsession with old Victorian ladies (probably because I'm a huge horror fan, and they're one of my favourite horror motifs) so this character fits perfectly into what I wanted from this era!

I am dying for a video with a properly structured story for Mayhem and Gaga. She is so mysterious and gives me the creeps. I need more!

Im a huge Twenty One Pilots fan and I live for their lore. I would love for Gaga to explore this more. 
I wonder if she’ll show up on tour/ during shows. 
(imagine if Gaga used a body double as Mayhem during a performance and then switch at some point in order to remove her mask and it be Gaga underneath too)
