Of the face there was one image version, and 2 mp4. Idk what kind of meds she takes but I always thought her jaw change was from autoimmune treatments. The change in both doesn't look drastic enough to be surgery. I'd absolutely believe Gaga's had a nose job though 'cause the bridge looks totally different than it used to.
