She describes one track as a “happy apocalyptic tune” and says her influences span 90s alternative meets electro-grunge mixed with industrial sounds, Prince and Bowie melodies, guitar and attitude, funky bass lines, French electronic dance, analogue synths… from a genre perspective, she says, “Mayhem is utter chaos!” She adds “the record just feels good to me. I’ve been away for a few days, and I’m excited to catch up and see what everyone thinks about all the stuff we’ve gotten this week. 🥰 Hopefully, it’s mostly positive because I’m loving everything I’ve seen so far. 😍

That said, there’s something I want to get off my chest. I love being part of GagaDaily. I don’t have anyone in my life to talk about Gaga with, so this place is really special to me. But it’s frustrating when people here leak things. 😡 I wasn’t sure if Mayhem was actually going to be the album name, but I’d already seen it here many times before Gaga’s announcement. 😣

Please, stop leaking things. It’s about respecting Gaga, her team, and all the monsters who want to hear these things directly from her, not from you. ❗️

Seriously, all leakers deserve to be banned. If you absolutely have to mention that a leak happened somewhere outside of GagaDaily, just say that a leak exists—nothing more. That way, it’s up to the reader to decide if they want to go looking for it or not.

But please, don’t bring the leaked information here. This should be a safe space where fans can enjoy and experience Gaga’s work the way she intended, without spoilers or ruined surprises. Respect the community, respect Gaga, and let’s keep this place special for all of us. 🙏

Jaa… but no? All information shared here is some that’s been found out either via her own teasing, us speculating to high heavens or some glitch on her official channels. These things are then almost always put into „rumor“ tags. For many many LMs this phase is the most exciting and sharing information and speculating is what makes this place special for all of us.
 

If you don’t wanna read the news, that’s fine, don’t open the newspaper then. If you don’t wanna know everything that’s available through legal measures about Gaga, then that’s also *your* decision, but don’t open GGD then

So true. Personally I wanted some cassettes. I know it’s not very popular but I really thought she is gonna continue to release them. Also no picture disc vinyl? Still crickets for Disease? Definitely as a collector there’s not much interesting stuff going on for now. Obviously she might release some different versions later on, but it’s just sad that they didn’t trust in her starpower more. Feels like Interscope did the bare minimum for this.
