Instead of trying to convince the right that we're human, we should be pointing out THEIR superior to them, and how they're falling for the propaganda.

It's honestly sad, but true. It shows that some people lack empathy unless things are directly impacting them.

It's incredibly hard to convince homophobes and transphobes to change their views; it's easier to redirect the conversation back to them and how they're affected by it. Suppose you cater to their economic status (i.e., say it's the elites vs. the common man). In that case, it's easier to get the message across that all the Republican homophobic/transphobic posturing is bullsh*t.
