Do You Wish Gaga To Delay LG7 (Release or Announcement)?

More (LA based (American)) artists are doing it out of solidarity. Some moved it by a week (like The Weeknd), some other don't give replacement dates at all (like Beyoncé)

Or perhaps she just don't do announcement altogether, but release the album as surprise drop, or at very least, quick preorder window (1 week)??

I mean, who would want Gaga to actively delay something?  But anyways, the only way it's a "delay" is if it moves out of February. Otherwise, everything's still on track. We also don't know if she planned on announcing something last week, this week, or next week, so an announcement is not "delayed" either. It's not like she did what Beyonce did and announced that she was announcing something but then had to backtrack because of the fires.

I wouldn’t be mad about a delay as long as she communicated it to us sooner rather than later. 
Maybe even put out the preorder even if we do have to wait longer.

technically, she already did an announcement about a february release  we're still on january, so there's no delay as it for now

I let her cook, her team probably know better than us how to handle these kind of situations. 

But that will make me a little sad that if the album is delayed but I understand and respect that.

I think February is still some way to go, so I doubt she’ll push the release to March, but probably last feb week. I do believe she’s scaling back on pre promo due to the fire and legitimate safety issues in LA and the icky look it would have if all the sudden she promotes in NY while her resident city is in ashes

No, not really. It might be a problem to you, personally, cause you can’t wait, but the announcement stuff has nothing to do with a „problematique“ rollout.

I didn't see anyone cancelling anything when those flood killed hundred people in Spain few months ago. And no one here even thought of artists should cancel because of it.

Delaying it in one month is a good opportunity to restart the era from fresh again.

DWAS is still hitting strong and can survive another whole month on the charts.
