Wait, does this mean that the sleeve that I got the transparent Chromatica vinyl and TFM picture disc need to be replaced with something else too?

I mean to preserve the sound to the best quality possible yes.

These are great and I recommend them for vinyls generally as they're better than the paper ones as they dont break easily lol

You can also buy generic cardboard sleeves. Like these https://www.sleeves-n-more.co.uk/product/25-12-lp-vinyl-black-picture-disc-cardboard-record-sleeves/ for display and they're also better than pvc. 

Worth pointing out, if you're only a casual listener/only get picture discs for display purposes then don't feel like you need to rush out and replace all your PVC sleeves tomorrow! The degrading of PVC is slow and the damage builds up slowly over time.
