Gross comment tbh

I mean… given what we know about Jay… it doesn’t seem too far-fetched tbh

I’m sure Bey didn’t actually want to do this, but Jay and her team probably pushed it. I feel like Beyoncé doesn’t actually like that her daughter is a celebrity at such a young age tbh

Did Beyonce offer the boutique some coins? I mean, if I were the business owner and realized a celebrity named their daughter after my boutique I’d feel honored.

If the celebrity wanted to trademark that name, I would gladly sell it to them for enough money to live comfortably and rename my business.

Reminds me of a guy named Mike Rowe who had a site called MikeRoweSoft.com and was sued by Microsoft for the domain. He ended up settling for an Xbox and some money, of which he used for college and donated to charity.

Why you hate a celebrity? Someone you won't even meet in person? :duck:

Bookmarking for when Gaga trademarks her children too :billie:

Who knows, though I don't see it happening. For one, as an ITALIAN-American, Gaga will probably be more traditional with the names she chooses for her kids. It's only business-sounding names like blue ivy that would need this in the first place - which imo speaks to the parents' mindset, too, in giving their kid a name that sounds like a brand. (sorry not sorry)

(I am no lawyer and don't know much about this, I am only making a guess - there may well be other reasons why ppl trademark names?)

She’s obviously trademarking it to protect it from other people profiting from it :triggered:

Plus when Blue gets older, she’ll be able to use her name as her trademark

Some of you guys are judgmental af
