I mean do u not think Gaga would get absolutely mobbed by people if she tried to fly first class? I'm all about critiquing the ostentatious spending of the billionaire class but I genuinely think Gaga would be a security risk and clog up the whole airport with dumbass fans if she tried to fly commercial

They can have special clearance to board the plane last from an area that's outside the terminal or whatever's needed from that angle. Same with deplaning first after the flight.

Seems like that's a plenty reasonable solution that eliminates the need for private jets

Just put a price tag on the special treatment. Just like some people can pay to go through a quicker TSA line, others can pay more to have backdoor security clearance and select boarding/deplaning experiences.

Then it's not arbitrarily given to celebrities, it's just a package that's available for purchase

Yes, it would be absolutely possible but I guess it's just common sense within the upper class from a certain point that it is more socially acceptable to fly privately. I have just recently come into a conversation with a stranger in a bar. She was young woman in her early twenties and as the conversation went on, it turned out she's from the upper upper class. I've actually never talked to someone coming from such rich background. The way she talked about life was absolutely insane. It was not only pretty common for her to grow up in places all over the world and fly around the globe every once in a while but it was socially necessary for her class to do so. That is , what was the most shocking to me. Even if she was morally against all of it she didn't really had a choice but to follow what needs to be done in order to not become some sort of outsider within the circles she is moving. So I guess first class is more or less the same as using the public toilet. You do it only if you really need to and if there are no other options available. Our world is so ****ed up.
