Honestly, Disease sort of did get a push. She had a Vogue interview and a music video and then two alternate versions.  She was sort of active on social media pushing it, too. She wasn't doing the Sabrina Carpenter style roll out, but she also pushed it more than some artists who just drop a song and leave (and arguably did more promo than Ariana did for her two singles).

She just didn't do a live performance or a lot of interviews, but she rarely does interviews for her lead singles. I do wonder if her team was worried post Joker 2 and wanted her to lay a bit low, hence the lack of performances.

I don't think she minds the Tik Toks, but I wonder if it's like what Florence (I think it was Florence, not sure) said...that basically they don't mind doing it but are annoyed the labels push them into doing x amount of Tik Toks. Cause sometimes she genuinely seems to be having a ton of fun with tik toks, and other times it comes across a little off.

Exactly. The thing Is these things can be cute on a more improv situation, if its another obligation and they're not having fun at all its a bummer. It Will Always come across. But besides, i think Gaga understand her role and acceptabit very much. Its the promo and She Is commited tò her work. Thats Who She Is.
