What is Gaga's dark "Disease" persona wearing on her head?

It would be interesting if the next video of this era (if there is one lol) is a sort of prequel that shows us the "construction" of this character, of this Frankenstein, just before he goes on the hunt for "Stefani". Allusive to the way she built herself as a blonde popstar/icon. I think a song like Zombie Bride/Zombified could work very well with that concept.

I know she’s done the prequel/ sequel idea before, but this is the first time I’m genuinely interested in the story behind the video. 
I’d love to see more based on the scene where she teases the new music. It gives me the creeps when she notices herself driving the car. 

If not that, then i need her to release the video with commentary detailing each scene.
