That's one state. It does not mean that carries over to every other state. Gains and losses cannot be extrapolated the same way community numbers can.

I'm not fully keeping up with the results so the last thing I saw was there's still a lot of outstanding votes from heavily Democratic areas

He's going through the counties right now and he remains largely skeptical she could keep up. He's basing his assumption on comparisons to her performance right now to Biden's performance at that moment of the race in 2020.

Counties southwest Atlanta are heavy Democratic and no votes in yet.

Morphine answered above, but if you remember in years past, GA slowed to a crawl past the 75% mark. You've also got to remember that there's different poll closing times in GA tonight due to extensions.
