One of my favorite artists did the same thing last year: she released her first Greatest Hits album and tour, and to promote it, she used an unreleased song from her 3rd album, that she had recorded, but never released. GaGa could release a Greatest Hits album, and use that outtake for it. We know for a fact she had plans for the song, because she made fans listen to it. To me, it is not a matter of "if" she's gonna release it, but "when". We need for one of the few fans who heard the song, to confirm whether or not it is Frankensteined, so we can move on if we're off.
