Disease 17
Ooooh I love this thread! I haven't been playing on my ps5 as much lately, BUT! Elden ring - can be very hard, I didn't finish the game but thoroughly enjoyed exploring the world and can be extremely rewarding when you start to get better at combat mechanics and learning bosses. You will get frustrated at this game... I promise. Destiny - absolutely LOVE this game, the world exploration and missions are fun, cool weapons and gear to grind for. Can get pricey tho I'm not sure how much it is now. Lots of DLC. No mans sky - haven't played it, looks awesome, huge world to explore and seems really cool. Journey - a small short game with an incredible story that actually made me cry, definitely worth a play through! I'm using this thread for suggestion too Edited October 29 by Disease I can smell your sickness
HelloHangoverz 15,542
I really really loved Far Cry 6. I know people think the Ubisoft open world formula is tired atp but idc....the whole authoritarian government themes mixed with the vibe of 1960s Cuba? chef's kiss my head is filled with broken mirrors, so many I can't look away

hausofcy 20,323
Instead of buying 1 game with those 80 euros I’d upgrade to PlayStation premium plus which is like 16 euros a month and you get lots of free games. Some examples of current amazing ps5 games which you can download for free are: - Ghost of Tsushima (director’s cut): the beste ps5 game by a long shot. normally costs 79 euros. The highly anticipated sequel recently got announced and will be coming out in 2025. The visuals and gameplay on this one are out of this world. Can’t hype this game up enough. - Ratchet & Clank: Rift apart: the only games that truly showcases the potential of the PS5 and one of the most fun games I’ve ever played. (Also 79 euros normally) The entire ratchet & clank catalogue (including the PS2 classics) can be played for free with PSpremiumplus. Jak & daxter franchise which is similar can also be found there. -RDR2: also free atm. It’s similar to Tsushima but make it western. Played both and liked Tsushima way more. - until dawn: this is a “butterfly effect” horror story where the story progresses according to your choices. They recently reworked it for ps5 but imo it’s not worth paying for given that the ps4 version is also free atm. besides these there’s plenty of other games that you can download for free (as long as you keep your subscription that is). edit: i’ve seen many mentions of Elden ring & Baldur’s gate 3. And although great games, I found myself dropping those quick cause I didn’t enjoy the gameplay that much. Elden ring has some encounters that made me rage quit due to difficulty (skill issue). I also wasn’t that much into the turn based D&D combat system in baldur’s gate 3. Edited October 29 by hausofcy
lastpopicon 3,957
One last recommendation I can give is last of us, others already recommended it. I don't own a console so i still only played the first one and it's a masterpiece, I usually don't play games for the story, even RPG's, i get more immersed in the systems and combat but the last of us stuck with me, still remember everything and actually cried some times and videogames never invoke that type of emotion in me, well worth a play. The melody that you choose can rescue you
