Is it really high maintaince to expect her team to actually push and support the single? At least make an attempt to try and get the GP acquainted with the single's existence? We waited 4 years, four years for a proper pop era. All we get is a great song (which we're all thankful for) yet non existent promo, no passion, and literally... no music video. Yes, the most important visual, it's lacking. So while I understand that some people are overly toxic here, their concern is completely valid. There's not a chance she's letting this song go to waste, particular given the overwhelmingly positive feedback it's received. Some fans just seem to hung up on her glory days from 2009 - 2011 and it's as though nothing will satisfy them unless she reaches that peak again. Sorry to disappoint everyone but that's highly unlikely to happen. She's 38 years old now and there's newer and younger artists coming on to the scene that the music industry will be more interested on pushing. People just need to start enjoying the music for what it is and not keep relying on the approval of the GP or streaming/chart positions to determine whether the music is good or not. I pray to God sometimes that Gaga doesn't read comments on this site cause that would be enough to make me go radio silent and cancel all promo. It can be as toxic as Twitter at times. I for one am so excited for this new era. It's the return of DarkGa and based off Disease I can tell LG7 is going to be right up my street. OMG THANK YOU! It's been so frustrating to come here for the last couple of days, people are being so mean and toxic towards her. </3 I think people are expecting something and blaming her for not being up to their expectations. I LOVE disease in all honesty, but even if she released another jazz album, i'd still be here cheering for her and supporting her work, bc that's what it means to be a fan. I love her, first and foremost for her kind heart and because she can make me feel so deeply by just singing, she's special. I have found it odd how we are getting these very short annoucements to digest the materials and kinda inconsistancy. Like DWAS had a video release within hours of announcement. I think because a few months before every era it seems like the team is getting their **** together and those fans convince themselves that this time is gonna be gloriously different and she will finally have her GP slayage BR moment again after all and, then, well, we know what happens then This time probably just stings harder because she comes off of a duet hit and is in fact returning to DarkGa which a lot of people have been asking for, so this is an extra messy time to be messy. 1 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
