Gaga's music relies a lot on promotion to chart. We've seen that with Million Reasons and Shallow peaking only when Gaga decided to perform the songs live on TV. Those are honestly great numbers for Gaga. I think as a fanbase we've gotten too used to the smash success of DWAS. Gaga doesn't care about the charts, and the single has barely received any promo, not even a MV yet. Not to mention this is the very definition of early days lol, there's heaps of time for the song to do better.
